The B&B is extremely well situated for exploring the Cairngorms and the Monadhliath Mountains, ideal for cycling and walking. 200 metrs from Nature Reserve Insh Marshes, excellent situated for observing nature and birds. The owner is an experienced nature guide. Good fishing waters for salmon and trout in the rivers Spey, Tromie and Truim. It is situated 500 meters from the train station and the busstop in Kingussie near Aviemore; there are regular connections to Edinburgh, Glasgow and Inverness. The A9 is 5 minutes away by car.
